New features in this update

Service product indicator is now available
We have added a specific icon when you are processing services in our system. This identification item is related to the line-item level. The advantage is that you can, for example, easily allow 2-way matching and different treatments in the workflow. This boosts overall transparency in our solution.

Extended ability to re-enrich e-invoices
In some cases, it is useful to re-enrich an e-invoice after the accounting robot processing. We can automate this step while ensuring you do not miss out on the robot processing power. We are maintaining those results after re-enriching the invoice.

Automation on non-PO line descriptions
We have created the option to set a default line description for non-PO lines in our creditor settings. This feature could be practical when processing non-PO invoices or non-PO lines on PO invoices.

Evolved search boxes in the debtor module
From a UX standpoint, we have implemented a major improvement in the search boxes used in the debtor module on the project and category fields. Selecting the right values is now much easier.

Updated integration with Oracle Cloud
We have updated our integration with the latest Oracle Cloud standard formats, including the SOAP responses making transparency and error handling a breeze.

UX improvement in the debtor invoice overview
You can now find the invoice balance type on the invoice overview in our debtor module. This release is also a UX improvement, making it much easier to trace back certain invoices.

Extended capabilities in the SAP PO integration
We have extended the functionality for our PO interface with SAP, which can now deal with multiple cost centers in the incoming message. Contact our consulting team to discuss how you can implement this feature in your interface.

Workflow is now able to work with invoice header dimension setup in our organization module
One of the major building blocks we wanted to add to our workflow capabilities has been validation and approval based on the header dimension values. In a lot of cases, this can bring forward a simplification of your current workflow setup.

Price and amount checks are now available per currency
Within all the workflow steps in our application related to amounts and prices, we have added the selection of currency option. This upgrade makes it possible to simplify your workflow templates to support multiple expense policies.

Revised representation of rulesets
In the overview of accounting rules, we had the issue that rules were not only sorted on the name but also on the company ID. This action made it sometimes difficult to find back the desired rule-triggering sequence. As of this update, we will only sort on the rule name.

Flexibility improvement on all our invoice exports
Cevinio always strives for improved and simplified ways to export invoices to ERP systems. Of course, we can deliver invoices to multiple systems and platforms. With this release, making minor adjustments to the outgoing invoices has become increasingly easy. From now on, the Cevinio Mapper Service is also available to the Cevinio Exports.
