New features in this update 

• VAT code API made available
  We have built a standard API that can be used for the setup and maintenance of VAT codes in our application. This builds upon a further extension to make our library of API’s more extended and allowing to have an easier integration with client ERPs in the future.

• Improved view possible on approval page
  Upon request we have upgrade the approval screen to allow the approver to see both the invoice and the to be approved details at one glance. This can really improve the end user experience. To activate this feature there is a specific user preference introduced.

• New functionality on Goods Receipt Level matching
  We have extended the functionality on the GRN level matching options in our system by allowing to have a related price to goods receipt lines and to show these at the invoice processing stage via a mouse over. This makes matching on the detailed GRN level even easier.

• Extended our integration for external logistic scantools
  We have added support for unitconversions if you want to use external Goods Receipt solutions to be able to scan for receipts in our system.

• Payment status API
  We have built a new API that allows our clients to update the payment status in our application based of the ERP data. It creates a further integration with the ERP systems and makes the end users life easier in terms of transparency.

• Add PHP 8 support on secure.tblox.com
  After our first successful go live of PHP8 on some of our major instances, we continue to upgrade our other instances to have support for PHP8

• E-signature validations now possible
  Our solution can now provide the additional service of checking the validity of an E-signature on a PDF document. This really helps in validating compliance of particular invoices in certain geographical area’s.

• Interface with Solera
  On our way towards futher integration with e-Invoice platforms we have onboarded Solera Audaflow. This is really helpful for the automative sector where we can provide an easier integration in the future.

• Suisse QR codes on outgoing invoices
  For the invoices that are generated for our Suisse clients, we can now add the QR code as an additional service as a replacement of the payment slips. This will improve the ability to get paid fast on you AR invoices and of course allows you to be compliant with local regulations.

Bug fixes in this update

• Cycle count performance issues
  We had performance issues on the Cyclecount lists in our warehouse management solution. For warehouses with extensive numbers of products in stock, the cycle count lists would run into issues during processing. This has now been resolved.
